Once Upon a Time in Lucca

A seven-episode plot-point campaign set in Lucca, Tuscany, in 1514, during the Macabre Renaissance. The heroes become involved in the Fair of the Dead and the Universal Council, as political powers gather for a meeting that could reshape the world. The campaign takes the group through Lucca, Pisa, and the Tuscan wilderness, where they confront an army of the dead, investigate conspiracies, and defend the assembled rulers from a devastating attack. Several episodes can be played in different orders without altering the main plot, and the campaign can connect with other adventures and setting material.
