Operation Bøllebank

A solitaire tactical wargame that recreates a nighttime UN armored relief mission during the 1990s Bosnian conflict. The player commands a Danish armored task force of tanks and APCs, issuing and relaying orders from a lead APC while automated opposition forces — infantry, rockets, artillery and tanks — react through the game system. Players must maneuver at least two Leopard tanks to the besieged base while observing restrictive Rules of Engagement and avoiding casualties, balancing movement, firepower and command disruption as vehicles take damage. Victory is assessed across operational, tactical, strategic and political levels based on mission completion, enemy losses, adherence to the mandate and government directives.
