This three-act adventure for Fallout: The Roleplaying Game takes place in Mt. Sin Central, a hospital in the ruins of a city. Its doctors and caregivers are struggling to treat an influx of chem-addicted patients while their supplies dwindle and staff grow exhausted. The chems appear to originate in raider territory, complicating efforts to stop the outbreak. Designed for characters of levels 6–10, the adventure includes hospital and urban locations to explore and can be placed in any ruined city.
