Outlaw by Oneself

A rules-lite solo RPG companion for Western role-playing games, it follows a fugitive, scammer, or outlaw with a bounty on their head as law agents and bounty hunters close in. Players use a deck of cards to generate a procedural map, with prompts and four levels of detail shaping each location. The pursuit ends in a final showdown, where the character may be captured, killed, or remain an outlaw as long as they survive.
