Overlooked Attractions
This expansion adds 40 locations and notable locals to the City, including hidden hideouts, influential figures, information brokers, and other underworld contacts. Each entry supports a specific narrative situation, such as gathering information, recovering from violence, or negotiating with an Avatar. Locations and NPCs include danger profiles, custom moves, and theme kits for allies, associates, and powerful Relics.
