Overlords Issue 3
This issue presents six super-powered criminals from around the world, each bringing distinctive abilities and skills to the organization’s schemes. The roster includes an almost invulnerable New York street thug, a Belgian petrifier made of living stone, an Australian wearing a stolen electrical suit, a British wielder of electro-whips, a physicist with shadow powers, and an illegal game hunter armed with trick boomerangs. It also includes a recognizable super-powered character for use in adventures.
