Pacific Fury: Guadalcanal, 1942
A tactical simulation of the 1942 naval struggle for control of Guadalcanal. Players secretly define task forces and place them into numbered boxes; forces are revealed and deployed in order according to those box numbers. The game uses area movement and hidden planning to simulate surprise, timing, and set-piece confrontations as one side attempts to land and hold Guadalcanal while the other seeks to contest or interdict the landings.
