A mini-setting for ICONS set in a world recovering from an invasion by the Ultimians. It can be used as a standalone setting or added to an existing superhero campaign. The book introduces new threats and opportunities, an optional Wealth system, generators for superheroic adventures and civilian events, a campaign outline, and two related adventures featuring a cast of unusual suspects.
