A high-fantasy roleplaying adventure set around the town of Phandalin, where heroes uncover signs of a threat lurking beneath the settlement. They investigate a cult’s plan to transform the town into the capital of an evil empire, then descend into the perilous Underdark to confront otherworldly enemies and uncover dangerous secrets. The adventure takes characters from 1st to 12th level.
