Philadelphia and the Gods
An exploration of a mythic Philadelphia, where the city’s founding history intertwines with ancient legends and a curse has cracked the Liberty Bell. Scions, Oracles, monsters, and other supernatural forces shape the city’s conflicts. The book details the Pythian Congress, a democratic organization of Scions that protects Philadelphia, along with threats facing the city. It also includes rules for pickup and troupe-style play, revised Deed rules, and an adventure generator for creating new supernatural situations.
