This fantasy adventure setting takes place in a grimy caravan-trade town in the northwest Duchy of Bast, ruled by Sir Elwin of Monoth, the fourth Earl of Kawall. Phillipsburg serves as a stopping point between the town and the Barony of the Knolls, providing a setting for travel, intrigue, and local encounters. Designed for mid-level adventurers and a Dungeon Master, the scenario supports a one-shot adventure or an ongoing campaign. It was created for 1st- and 2nd-edition AD&D and can be adapted to other fantasy role-playing systems.
