This 4th Edition supplement introduces the phrenic power source, drawing on the power of the mind and psyche. It includes more than forty heroic, paragon, and epic feats usable by any class or race, providing options such as psychic blasts, force shields, energy auras, and weapons formed from phrenic energy. The feats support a range of character abilities and combat tactics.
