It includes ship-construction templates, random tables for encounters between ports, and 13 personalities who may aid or hinder a party. Additional content features Thalassic creatures serving the Sea Titans, 11 new spells, ancient aboleth glyphs, new feats, and magic items for high-seas campaigns.
