Planars
This roleplaying supplement introduces planars, aquatic characters descended from watery extraplanar beings and native races such as humans. Their otherworldly heritage grants innate magical abilities and makes them suited to adventures in the Cerulean Seas. It provides rules and supporting material for using planars as player characters.
