Set in a postwar alternate world, the game follows rival factions rebuilding civilization after the Sukebe War. Genetically altered women, created as weapons, have become feral and threaten the ravaged ecosystems left behind. Players manage their factions, navigate the dangerous wastelands, and contend with these altered creatures while seeking to survive in the aftermath of the conflict.
