Humanity has fled an uninhabitable surface and now struggles to survive in hostile underwater settlements. Degeneration, perpetual wars, sea monsters, scarce resources, and the mysterious Polaris Effect shape this post-apocalyptic science-fiction setting. This introductory roleplaying game includes a simplified rules system, an overview of the Polaris Effect and three Polaris Powers, two complete character archetypes, and a basic weapon list.
