Port of Chains
A port city’s dark history resurfaces as a slaving demon sends chains through the water and along the beaches, dragging victims into the waves. This fantasy adventure details Reed’s Landing, the demon known as the Driver, and the city’s haunted past. It includes the Chained template for turning creatures into the Driver’s minions, nine magical items including a boat, and a new teal dragonborn ancestry.
