Potions
A reference guide to 32 potions found throughout Lythia, from common remedies and herbal preparations to stimulants, poisons, narcotics, aphrodisiacs, and substances with magical or hallucinogenic effects. Each entry details a potion’s ingredients, uses, and associations with apothecaries, guilds, markets, and illicit sellers. The collection covers guild-approved formulas as well as rare and illegal concoctions, including treatments, antidotes, dyes, seasonings, and preparations for fertility, sleep, strength, and vision. It provides material for portraying potion-making, trade, regulation, and medicine in a fantasy setting.
