Power Alteration Feats
This collection of heroic feats lets characters alter their powers on the fly, choosing whether to apply an additional effect with each attack. The options support different power types and encourage tactical decisions during combat. Benefits remain useful across all levels, with some improving at the paragon and epic tiers.
