Powerline: Sunny Island Promo
Gain access to a catch-up mechanic with this promo tile. At the end of each round, the player alone in last place on the Victory track gains the Sunny Island. In the following round, workers deployed there do not cause a loss of Victory Points. If another player takes last place, the tile passes to them; otherwise, it remains with its current player.
