A roleplaying game of detective work in Victorian London during the final third of the 19th century. Players take the roles of contemporary investigators such as lawyers, journalists, or members of respectable society while pursuing murderers, thieves, burglars, and other criminals. Simple rules focus on roleplaying, storytelling, and interaction. The source material describes London’s buildings, daily life, transport, entertainment, law enforcement, criminals, and period investigative techniques. An introductory adventure set in 1884 follows the detectives as they investigate lies and deception surrounding a family-run pub.
