Puppetland / Power Kill
This combined edition presents two roleplaying games by John Tynes. In Puppetland, players portray puppets mourning the Maker and resisting Punch, whose rule has stopped the sun and moon and plunged the land into endless winter and night. Nutcrackers patrol the streets, and rebellion must be kept quiet. Power Kill examines the assumptions and power structures behind traditional fantasy roleplaying, focusing on the effects of violence and authority within the game.
