With bounties on their heads, the heroes travel to Absalom Station to clear their names and expose a conspiracy reaching into the Pact Worlds government. They investigate suspected operatives who are poised to join the powerful Pact Council, racing to unmask them before the election and confront the mastermind behind the plot threatening the entire system.
