Purple Haze & Scarlet Mist
Experimented on by SHADOW to give them powers, the twins known as Purple Haze and Scarlet Mist are adopted by Mr. Mist, who tries to teach them to use their abilities responsibly. Purple Haze instead pursues a hedonistic life and pulls Scarlet Mist along, leaving the twins to do what they must to survive.
