A cooperative board game set in a society where behavior is constantly monitored and analyzed through a social credit system. Players begin at different positions on the social ladder, with unequal access to four human rights, and work together to make those rights available to everyone while opposing totalitarian policies. Players move through the city, build networks, solve initiatives supporting equality, prevent approaching threats, and take official or illegal jobs. Available actions depend on each character’s rights, while every action can leak personal data and trigger harmful behavior analysis. The group wins when all players gain access to all four rights, but loses if three totalitarian laws take effect or the threat deck runs out.
