This expansion adds historical naval scenarios set in the western Mediterranean during the Roman–Carthaginian wars, presenting actions such as the battles off Ebro (217 BC) and Clupea (208 BC). It integrates with the base War Galley system and provides additional scenario-specific forces, maps, and counters to recreate ancient galley engagements. Players command fleets, maneuver ships, engage in ramming and boarding actions, and resolve combat using the core game's rules augmented by the module's scenario setups and order-of-battle details.
