A setting conversion for Mutants & Masterminds 3e and Untold, this supplement explores the Apoc High-bred, genetically engineered humans who maintain the last remnants of civilization on a shattered, post-apocalyptic Earth. It includes a High-bred character template, setting information on society, nations, relations, adventuring, and skills, plus ten new powers, six martial arts powers, and rules for nine weapons and equipment. It also provides guidance for adapting the setting to Mutants & Masterminds 3e and four exclusive Untold Transverse Power Cards.
