This supplement expands the player races available in a retro-futurist space-fantasy setting of galaxy-spanning adventure. It adds racial traits, feats, and cultural details, along with new human offshoots and aliens found aboard Command vessels. Further material covers the WARSTAR regime and its crimson-skinned people, offering options for characters from beyond the Command Fleet.
