Railroad Ink: Arcade Expansion Pack
Add four special arcade-style dice to the base roll-and-draw puzzle to change how networks develop. Players still roll shared route dice each round and draw road and rail segments on their personal sheets, aiming to connect exits and score efficiently. The expansion introduces four unique dice that alter scoring and interaction: one die rewards collecting fruits to clear hazards, another enforces block-placement patterns for extra points, a third launches offensive and defensive effects between players, and a fourth adds colored connections while sending disruptive clouds to opponents. A core set of the base game or its Challenge edition is required to use these components.

Rules questions
Answered from the rulebook by Ludoya's rules assistant.
Do I roll the expansion die instead of the Route dice?
No. Roll the expansion die along with the 4 Route dice at the beginning of each round; the expansion may also change the number of rounds. (p. 1; see also the individual expansion rules on pp. 2–4.)
Can I use only part of the Tetromino shape, or skip it if it doesn’t fit?
You may choose whether to use the Tetromino die each round, but if you do, you must draw its full pattern around empty spaces; you may rotate or reverse it. If the full pattern doesn’t fit, you can’t use the die that round. (p. 2)
Do Ghosts score points even if they aren’t connected to Pluck-Man?
No. A network scores only if it contains a Pluck-Man Exit: it gains 3 points, then gains 2 points per Ghost if it contains a Fruit Exit, or loses 2 per Ghost if it has no Fruit Exit. (p. 1)
Can I erase an Alien by drawing over it?
Only if it has no Shield: drawing anything in its space erases it. A Shielded Alien can only be removed by a Nuke; when Aliens attack, they gain Shields before destroying everything else in their spaces. (p. 3)
Can I put a Rainbow next to another Rainbow, and how do Rainbows score?
Rainbows can’t be orthogonally adjacent to one another. Each Rainbow is worth 2 points for each Clover orthogonally adjacent to it, and Routes connected to the same Rainbow count as connected to each other. (p. 4)
