Ransom of the Thane's Daughter
A low-level fantasy adventure centers on the kidnapping of a thane’s daughter shortly before her betrothal, and the murder of her intended. Players follow sparse clues, search for the missing woman, and confront the forces responsible, while the thane’s soldiers pursue their own investigation. Designed for a lone adventurer and suitable for a one-shot or an ongoing campaign, the scenario was originally written for 1st/2nd Edition AD&D and can be adapted to other systems.
