Reality Alteration
This volume focuses on reality-altering abilities, allowing characters to reshape the world around them. It adds powers across Offensive, Defensive, and Utility types, along with Cosmic powers representing effects on a larger scale. The new abilities are designed for use with the Power Suites system.
