Record of Lodoss War: The Original Replays from Comptiq Magazine
This book presents the first English translation of all eight original replay installments published in Comptiq magazine from September 1986 to April 1987. Written in replay format, the series follows a Dungeon Master and five players from Group SNE as they play through an original fantasy role-playing campaign on the cursed island of Lodoss, filled with monsters, magic, and adventure. The articles document the development and play of the campaign while showcasing early Japanese tabletop role-playing culture.
