A childhood survivor of a disaster, Hannah is rescued by a super-powered hero and grows up fascinated by extraordinary abilities. After studying superhuman phenomena and becoming a government consultant, she gains a protective aura and supersonic speed through exposure to an unusual orb. She then takes to the streets as a new hero.
