An 85-page campaign booklet covering the Spanish-American War of 1898. It provides historical background on the Cuban, Spanish, and American armies, the outbreak of the war, and campaigns in Cuba and Puerto Rico, including the battles of El Caney, San Juan, and Santiago de Cuba. The booklet includes suggested modifications to the second-edition Johnny Reb rules for recreating battles of the period with miniatures, along with sections on American and Spanish uniforms and a bibliography.
