Republic of Tharda (Revised)
A setting guide to the Thardic Republic, a prosperous plutocratic state in western Hârn governed by a senate and dominated by wealthy clans. Civil bureaucracies manage the realm while rival families compete for appointments and influence. The Republic maintains a standing army, tolerates most religions, and relies on agriculture, commerce, stone, salt, and slave labor. Its borders with Kanday, Rethem, the Tulwyn, and the Gozyda provide opportunities for political, military, and social adventures, supported by additional locations and maps.
