Rio de Janeiro is a dark paradise for the Kindred, where an unlikely pact between the Camarilla and Sabbat brings rival clans together. As Carnival approaches, vampires investigate strange relics, forbidden secrets, and whispers of the Black Hand and the legendary Gratiano, while others simply revel in blood before the end of the world. This supplement presents the city’s history, geography, and maps for use in chronicles, along with a scenario in which vampires from opposing clans form coteries, more than 35 characters, and numerous story hooks.
