This supplement explores the Fomori, mutants and monsters created or corrupted by the Wyrm. Its material spans Pentex laboratories, polluted waterways, and the depths of the sea, presenting these creatures as agents of corruption or potential player characters. It includes 15 new Fomori breeds, expanded rules for playing Fomori, and new Flaws representing the Wyrm’s influence on living flesh.
