Rise of the Tyrant
A team of 4–6 heroes investigates a series of high-tech robberies committed by a masked puzzle master and his robot dinosaurs. As the adventure unfolds, the heroes uncover evidence that the apparent mastermind may be serving a more dangerous force. Designed for heroes of Power Level 10, it introduces core concepts and provides a starting point for a Mutants & Masterminds campaign.
