Rising Sun: The First Half of the Pacific War
A historical supplement covering the first half of the Pacific War, from the Japanese attacks in December 1941 through the end of 1943. It includes scenarios for carrier raids, the Japanese attack on Ceylon, and campaigns in the Coral Sea, Midway, Guadalcanal, and the Solomon Islands. Scenarios cover surface engagements as well as air and submarine actions. Organized into campaigns, each section includes a summary and map outlining the objectives and strategic context of the conflict.
