Risk: Black Ops

Promotional edition of a revised Risk ruleset, focusing on completing Objectives rather than global domination. Players deploy troops, control territories, establish capitals and cities, and use cards to determine bonus troops. The first player to complete three Objectives while controlling their capital wins. Minor and major Objectives provide varied goals, while Rewards grant benefits such as additional maneuvers, guaranteed cards, airfields, and extra attack dice. Global Domination remains available as an alternative game mode.
