River House
A full-color 24 × 20 inch floorplan depicts a brick house built over a river, with a small dock, tethered rowboat, patio, lanterns, and 360° view. The furnished interior includes a living room with chairs, coffee table, hearth, and rug, plus an office with a desk, maps, logbooks, and filing cabinets. The map can represent a river lock booth, customs or tax station, fisherman’s house, secluded writer’s retreat, or fishing guesthouse. Hex, square, and no-overlay versions are included, along with a VTT file for online play.
