Rot, Pox, and Worm: Adventuring Diseases
This OSR supplement presents 30 diseases for use in damp, dark places and other dangerous adventures. The illnesses range from mundane infections to dangerous or potentially deadly afflictions, each adding mechanical effects, complications, and plot hooks to a campaign. Diseases can inconvenience characters, shape their struggles, or worsen if left untreated.
