Agartha is a hidden city-state inhabited by the Miscreations, humanoids descended from Cro-Magnon and altered by the mutagenic Lunarian Blue substance created by the Ancient Thirteen. The game focuses on the current royal dynasty as it works to reintroduce its monster-filled realm to the wider world, alongside recognizable super-powered legends.
