Rumors of War
This expansion extends the campaign map from the eastern edge of Europe to the Ural Mountains, including Iran, Iraq, and the Persian Gulf. It adds new objectives, countries, and 80 die-cut-and-mounted playing pieces representing Iraqi and Iranian forces, Russian nationalists, Irish, Latvian, British, Italian, and Soviet marines, German cavalry and mountain troops, Indonesian nationalists, atomic bombs, and more. It includes variants for Iran and Romania, additional Dutch-related rules, and articles on Operation Sea Lion, economic strategy, island-hopping, and the French war effort. It requires either or both of the associated World War II wargames and is not playable by itself.
