Salamander
A character playbook for the City of Mist RPG introduces an up-and-coming crime-fighter inspired by the legendary Salamander. A City water worker with a kind-hearted, working-class outlook, the character battles gangs and petty criminals while protecting the people of the City. Their skin produces a nimbus of primordial plasma, granting powers associated with both fire and water.
