A Cairn fantasy adventure set in a quiet island fishing town beset by violent storms, stranded ships, and rumors of monsters along the shore. As panic spreads, a marsh cult recruits frightened townsfolk to awaken a terrible creature. The scenario features an impostor pirate captain, threats from sea and land, a countdown to disaster, a one-page dungeon, and eight enemies with stats for Cairn.
