Sanctuary of Belches

A 5th Edition-compatible temple delve follows the investigation of a monstrous horn sounding from beneath the ice hills near the village of Olsha. Four 5th-level characters explore carved halls and caves, facing northern fey, orcs, duergar, giants, and an ancient evil stirred below the ice. The adventure includes four new magic items and guidance for running it in the Midgard Campaign Setting or any fantasy setting featuring giants.
