This roleplaying supplement adds Lovecraftian horror to fifth-edition fantasy campaigns. It includes more than 100 monster stat blocks, rules for interacting with 25 Great Old Ones and Outer Gods, and guidelines for insanity and dreams. The book also presents new spells, rituals, mythos items and artifacts, cults, character options, professions, and feats. Four playable races from the Mythos are included: Dreamlands Cats, Mythos Ghouls, Gnorri, and Zoogs.
