Sankaku Goita Clear (三角ごいたクリア)
A traditional Japanese game from Ushitsu in Noto, this is a variation of Goita played with triangular wooden pieces. Players receive a hand of pieces and play them as in standard Goita, using combinations and responses to manage their holdings and score points. The set includes 16 standard and 16 clear pieces. Depending on the chosen deal, players either receive four clear pieces each before drawing standard pieces, or draw randomly from all 32 pieces. The clear pieces reveal part of their symbols, adding information and new strategic considerations to play. The storage case’s base can also be used as a scoreboard.
