A collection of 12 Advanced Squad Leader scenarios designed for tournament play, covering battles from Italy, North Africa, Burma, France, Belgium, and Syria during World War II. Each scenario depicts an action in which a citizen of the British Empire received the Victoria Cross. The issue includes 24 pages of designer notes and articles, including a feature on the Victoria Cross, along with scenarios SP61–SP72. The first two scenarios use traditional counter artwork, while the remaining scenarios use generic counter descriptors.
